To ensure proper operation, we recommend using the v55 from Firefox browser. To install it, follow these steps:


1.   Download the version that best fit your operating system:

  • Microsoft Windows 32bits
  • Microsoft Windows 64bits
  • Mac OS
  • Linux 32bits
  • Linux 64bits



    • 2.   Uninstall any other Firefox version;


    3.   Install the version downloaded in the 1st step;


    4.   Type the CMS or intranet URL in the new browser, and proceed to the CMS extension install step (after correct login). After this, the browser will restart and everything will work as expected.
